NEWCASTLE 2007 2008 – SIZE M

$100.00

Probably this was not the best season in Newcastle history but is iconic because of the movie GOA, where Santiago Munez used to score amazing goals with the Northern Rock sponsor in his chest. This is beautiful long sleeve piece that will forever remember every fan because of the legendary Santi but also a jersey with a combination of colors that catch attention of any eye. We love how this colors stand on the jersey because of the condition and the uniqueness of the combination of colors, not a very common one!

The 2007-2008 season for Newcastle United was characterized by instability and unmet expectations, finishing 12th in the Premier League. The campaign started with Sam Allardyce as manager, but he left in January 2008, leading to Kevin Keegan’s second stint with the club. Despite Keegan’s popular return, the team’s inconsistent play continued. Key players like Michael Owen performed well when fit, but the squad’s overall inconsistency and lack of depth hindered progress. Off-field issues, including fan discontent with the club’s management and ownership, further marred the season. The year is remembered as a period of missed opportunities and challenges that highlighted the club’s struggles during that time.
